Qlicket is a SaaS platform that charges its customers on a per seat basis each month. On average, enterprises pay them $3 per employee per month for access to their kiosks and reporting platform.
This new venture launched three months ago as a pivot from another SaaS product and has landed approximately 100 new customers in that time. According to founder Vivek Kumar, Qlicket is currently doing $10k in MRR.
What is Qlicket’s churn?
While still in the early days, Qlicket is yet to churn a single customer. Kumar noted that they have seen considerable traction in the manufacturing, retail, dining, and healthcare verticals thus far and are hopeful for strong retention.
The company has acquired a majority of their current customers through referrals, their existing connections, and word of mouth today. With a strong niche focus, they are looking to scale up and land additional enterprise clients.
How much has Qlicket raised?
Dating back to their first venture, founded in 2012, Qlicket has raised $750k in total capital. Kumar explained that this funding has come in the form of a convertible note and that they are currently in the process of raising another $250k right now.
While the company has certainly gone through some rough times – Kumar shared that the company almost missed payroll 3 months ago – things appear to be trending in the right direction for Qlicket.
