As a business owner, optimizing your funnel for conversions and engagement could mean the difference between single and double digit month over month growth. Running tests, gathering data, and segmenting your customers accordingly is critical to increasing marketing effectiveness.
Omniconvert was created to help businesses survey, test, message, and segment their audience all in one place. Their software allows companies to gather valuable data, optimize based on insights, personalize communications to each segment, overlay messages, and more.
How much is Omniconvert doing in MRR?
Omniconvert features two core revenue streams: a pure-play SaaS product and professional consulting services. From the SaaS perspective, the average customer pays roughly $700 for annual access to their platform, while consulting clients pay approximately $50k annually for an analytics audit, conversion strategy, and execution.
According to CEO Valentin Radu, Omniconvert serves 250 total paying customers right now and is doing $95k in MRR today. Despite the nature of their professional service engagements, Radu counts these annual deals towards their recurring revenue total as “strategy is dynamic” and most clients renew their retainers each year.
In terms of growth, the company is up from $70k in MRR twelve months ago and attributes expansion to adding additional enterprise customers.
What is Omniconvert’s churn?
Two years ago, Omniconvert exhibited 18% net revenue churn monthly. Today, the company has transitioned upmarket and has reduced this figure to just 3% net revenue churn per month.
Radu does not believe that paid digital advertising will drive much growth for the company and, as it stands today, Omniconvert drives a majority of their sales through organic channels and traffic.
How much has Omniconvert raised?
Launched in 2014, Omniconvert bootstrapped for their first two years of operation before raising $1.1M in 2016. Going forward, the company has no plans to raise additional capital and is focused on deploying a Magento integration soon and launching a beta of their machine learning product in mid-2019.
Omniconvert’s team of 37 employees is based in Romania and Poland.
