How much is CariClub doing in MRR?
CariClub is a pure-play SaaS company that charges companies for annual access their their platform. According to CEO Rhoden Monrose, the average customer pays them between $600 and $1,200 annually based on number of employees.
Monrose also mentioned that the company is currently serving 20 paid customers to date and is doing $50k in MRR right now. CariClub has more than doubled year over year and is up from just $15-20k in MRR 12 months ago.
What is CariClub’s churn?
Since launching in 2016, CariClub has yet to churn a single customer, according to Monrose. The company grew from just 2 clients in year one, to 15 paying customers in 2017.
In terms of customer acquisition, all deals to this point have been closed by Monrose and have been coming in via word of mouth. Typically employees within organizations are generating demand for their product and pushing management to purchase access.
How much has CariClub raised?
To date, CariClub has raised $2M in venture capital to fund the hiring of a team of six full-time employees. The company is based in New York and starts engagements with new companies based on annual pilots within the city and then scale up based on success.
